Third-Party Services

Twilio (SMS Delivery)

We use Twilio, Inc. to deliver SMS text messages to members who have opted in. When you receive a text message from us, your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio's platform. Twilio is a registered 10DLC sender and complies with carrier requirements. Twilio does not use your phone number for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

Supabase (Database & Authentication)

We use Supabase to store member data, manage authentication, and power the member portal. Your account information, church participation data, and communication preferences are stored in Supabase's secure, encrypted database hosted on AWS infrastructure. Supabase does not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With Twilio and Supabase as described above, solely to operate our services.
  • Church leadership: Authorized church staff and ministry leaders may access member information as needed to serve you.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Safety: To protect the safety of our congregation or the public in an emergency.

Your information is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or other churches without your explicit consent.

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver church-related SMS messages you have opted in to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate church record-keeping purposes (e.g., financial records).

SMS opt-in records are retained for a minimum of 4 years as required by carrier compliance regulations.

  • Encrypted data storage via Supabase (AES-256 at rest)
  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your Rights
